About the position

The National Account Executive for Contract Logistics at LOGISTEED-America is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the company's client portfolio in both domestic and international markets. This role involves engaging with prospective clients, closing agreements, and ensuring strong relationships with existing accounts. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with a solid background in contract logistics and a passion for teamwork and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Support the growth and expansion of the company's client list and portfolio for domestic and international business.
  • Assist with qualifying and vetting prospective accounts and clients.
  • Close and sign agreements with accounts that align with the company's strategic business expansion vision.
  • Engage with the sales support team to identify potential targets and align on strategies to approach potential clients.
  • Serve as the primary point-of-contact to ensure overall health in the relationship with the company and the account/client.
  • Offer exemplary customer service and support to expand business and gauge further sales opportunities from existing accounts.
  • Effectively deal with various constituents to maximize sales and revenue growth within the territory.
  • Represent LOGISTEED America, Inc. positively in the contract logistics industry.
  • Use accountability and coaching methods to develop and support the growth of a cohesive global sales team.
  • Encourage staff to learn about the Contract Logistics industry and motivate them to take pride in the company.

Requirements

  • 5 years of Contract Logistics or 3PL sales experience.
  • 4-year college degree preferred.
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven PC capabilities (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to cultivate relationships and solve problems independently and in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in improving quality, service, safety, and client relationships in a fast-paced setting.
