About the position

The Account Executive (AE) at ISHIR is responsible for driving revenue through the prospecting, acquisition, development, and expansion of customer opportunities in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. This role requires excellent sales and relationship-building skills, strong problem-solving capabilities, and an entrepreneurial drive. The AE will engage in lead generation, execute direct sales programs, and coordinate with other departments to manage opportunities and close new business. The position emphasizes a consultative selling approach and requires a high-level understanding of ISHIR's services, industry trends, and competitive differentiators.

Responsibilities

  • Generate business leads to achieve revenue and profit growth through direct sales programs and networking.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow business at ISHIR.
  • Coordinate with other departments to generate leads and manage opportunities.
  • Maintain an opportunity pipeline within HubSpot, including support for Strategic Deal Reviews and Forecasting.
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand prospect needs and engage through targeted outreach.
  • Create and deliver proposals in collaboration with the engagement team.
  • Participate in local and industry-specific events for networking and lead generation.
  • Support local marketing programs for brand development and market awareness.
  • Develop a high-level understanding of ISHIR services, industry trends, and competitive differentiators.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle using CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years selling complex software, staff augmentation, and consulting services.
  • Minimum of 2 years of AI sales experience.
  • Mid-market and Enterprise sales experience highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of closing major account transactions with a broad array of companies.
  • Experience selling six-figure IT projects to global 1000 customers.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in lead generation and prospecting techniques, including cold calling and email outreach.
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) concepts is a plus.
  • Experience in proposal development and delivery.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with SaaS products is a plus.
  • A passion for the IT software and staff augmentation industry.
