About the position

The Account Executive role at LT Apparel Group focuses on driving sales growth in the direct-to-school business for the French Toast brand. The position involves building and maintaining relationships with school administrators and parents, executing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role is remote and requires a proactive approach to sales, utilizing various marketing strategies to onboard new clients and enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain successful relationships with decision-makers to secure new business and sustain a high retention rate of existing accounts.
  • Actively pursue leads through the sales cycle, utilizing both personal and company resources.
  • Meet or exceed company sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Leverage various strategies such as email campaigns, cold calling, online prospecting, referrals, and trade shows to onboard new school clients for our uniform services.
  • Foster strong relationships with school administrators and parents to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain regular communication and feedback loops with customers to enhance their experience with French Toast Direct.
  • Work closely with the Sales Support Team and corporate partners to deliver superior customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and share market insights.
  • Maintain transparency in the sales process using CRM tools for documentation and strategy evaluation.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and key metrics for leadership.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and participate in trade shows.

Requirements

  • BA/BS College Degree or a comparable blend of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in a related field.
  • Proven ability in sales strategy development and market growth forecasting.
  • Experience in building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Proven sales track record.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the children's apparel industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting software.
