About the position

The Account Executive position at Farmers Insurance involves joining a customer service team to provide exceptional service to clients and prospects. Responsibilities

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Immediately greet all customers entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Respond to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.

Requirements

• Property & Casualty license preferred but will train the right individual.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Must have the ability to multi-task.

• Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
