About the position

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for creating and maximizing revenue generation by fostering and growing relationships with high-target prospects and valued clients. This role involves collaboration with local and corporate teams, continual prospecting, and generating high-quality targets using a structured sales process. You will also be expected to meet key performance metrics and goals while actively diversifying the client base with strategic solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maximize revenue generation.
  • Foster and grow relationships with high-target prospects and valued clients.
  • Collaborate with local and corporate-based teams.
  • Prospect and generate high-quality targets using the sales process.
  • Meet key performance metrics and goals on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Diversify client base by offering strategic solutions with a viable revenue mix.
  • Develop and present customized advertising solutions.
  • Manage sales pipeline and revenue gaps using Salesforce.
  • Develop market intelligence and general business acumen.
  • Cultivate relationships within the business community through networking and attendance at events.
  • Exhibit a coachable mindset and take an active role in training and development.

Requirements

  • Two years of sales experience preferred; recent graduates considered.
  • Strong orientation to strategic thinking, communicating, influencing, and building relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to simultaneously manage short and long-term opportunities.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and written/oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a constantly changing environment.
  • Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and partners across all departments and levels.
  • College degree or comparable work experience.
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).

Benefits

  • Base salary of $117,000 - $135,000 with uncapped commission potential.
