About the position

As an Account Executive at Kinective, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by acquiring new clients, specifically banks and credit unions, through strategic sales efforts. This position involves working closely with C-suite executives to understand their business needs and aligning Kinective's technology solutions to meet those needs. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on transforming the banking industry through innovative software solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire net new logos (Banks and Credit Unions) through proactive prospecting and outbound strategic sales efforts.
  • Identify and establish connections with key decision-makers based on specific personas.
  • Collaborate with the partnership team to leverage strategic partnerships and inbound referral leads.
  • Execute focused and consistent prospecting efforts using various strategies, including research combined with outbound call and email tactics.
  • Participate in conferences and industry events to promote the Kinective brand and generate new leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Sales Account Executive (or similar) role.
  • 2+ years of experience in software or technology sales.
  • Experience in banking preferred, targeting bank and credit union executives.
  • Confidence in learning quickly and engaging with C-suite executives.
  • A proven history of success and ability to articulate wins.
