About the position

The Account Executive role is focused on business development and prospect hunting, where the individual will manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. This position requires a self-starter who can identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt for new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, inbound lead follow-up, social media outreach, and other methods.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Schedule discovery meetings with prospects.
  • Own the entire sales process from prospecting onward.
  • Consistently hit or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Work closely with marketing and management to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales with a focus on business development.
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong background in service-based sales.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
