About the position

The Account Executive at Triumph Modular is responsible for managing customer inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales for temporary and permanent modular buildings. This role involves responding to customer needs, updating CRM systems, and collaborating with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of projects. The position offers opportunities for career growth within a well-established company.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to basic customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability, or order status.
  • Handle both incoming and outgoing calls, interactions with prospective customers.
  • Draft and review sales documents, including proposals or contracts.
  • Daily update of CRM, track all leads and lead status on a daily basis.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships and key partnerships.
  • Establish communication processes to maintain a complete customer feedback loop to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct prospecting calls and emails through means such as construction project portals, corporate marketing lists, referrals, local media, etc.
  • Respond to all incoming leads daily.
  • Provide excellent customer service through quick response times, follow-up communication, and being knowledgeable about our product.
  • Attend networking events - 2-4 per month on average.
  • Attend tradeshow events, as required.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and other meetings as required.
  • Grow sales and lease opportunities for the company.
  • Work with Branch Sales and Operations Managers to create unique designs when warranted.
  • Close deals and effectively communicate with operations for seamless execution.
  • Maintain an accurate database of client information as well as opportunities closed won or lost with notes.
  • Engage in product development meetings.
  • Stay informed on the latest industry innovations.
  • Cold calling and project-specific prospecting.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proficient with CRM Software
  • 2-4 years of Sales Experience
  • SAP experience a plus
  • HubSpot/Salesforce experience preferred
  • Possess excellent clerical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Superior attention to detail and exercises initiative
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and team-oriented
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
