About the position

The Account Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing assigned accounts, focusing on client satisfaction, account growth, and profitability. This role involves onboarding new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service in collaboration with various internal teams. The Account Executive serves as the primary contact for clients post-sale, working closely with sales teams and other stakeholders to meet client needs and enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance relationships with assigned clients, brokers, and consultants, understanding their business goals and seeking opportunities to enhance value.
  • Monitor service delivery by tracking and analyzing key performance metrics to ensure clients receive high service levels.
  • Deliver analytics on Curative's performance and productivity, providing updates on key issues or trends.
  • Retain and grow the assigned book of business profitably, enhancing client satisfaction through excellent service and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, clinical, network, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide insightful advice to clients.
  • Coordinate and conduct Open Enrollment meetings to assist clients' members in making informed benefit decisions.
  • Baseline visit and plan performance reporting.
  • Hold timely client and broker meetings to outline plan performance reports supporting renewals.
  • Collaborate with sales on new RFPs and contract negotiations.
  • Lead initiatives on responding to RFPs for existing accounts and contract negotiations.
  • Act as a liaison to Curative leadership on industry and market demands to influence process and product development.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills across a continuum of audiences.
  • Broad knowledge of the healthcare industry, business practices, trends, and developments.
  • Experience interfacing at all levels internally, with clients, brokers, consultants, and external partners.
  • Adept in planning, influencing, leading change, and multi-tasking in a challenging environment.
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in an Account Management role.
  • Detail-oriented with solid organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe.
