Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management and warm calling strategies.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
• Lead negotiations with clients to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage accounts, and report on performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify potential upsell opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and drive results.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in analyzing data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly desirable.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to negotiate effectively in high-pressure situations.
