Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and industry partnerships.
• Conduct client needs assessments to understand staffing requirements and present tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting staffing services and presenting compelling value propositions.
• Collaborate with Staffing Coordinators to identify and match candidates with client needs.
• Facilitate the placement process, ensuring a smooth transition for both clients and candidates.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, staffing or related industry.
• Strong computer skills.
• Human Resource experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience generating leads (1 year preferred).
• Experience maintaining client relationships (1 year preferred).
• Willingness to travel (75% preferred).
