About the position

The Account Executive at EBI Consulting is responsible for driving business development in the commercial real estate sector, focusing on due diligence, Energy & Sustainability, and ESG Strategic Consulting. This role involves building long-term relationships with clients, actively cross-selling services, and leveraging existing connections in the real estate finance industry to bolster EBI's growth. The position requires a strong background in professional services sales and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Build long-term, dynamic, customer-intimate relationships with clients.
  • Exhibit excellent business development, customer service, technical knowledge, and leadership skills.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new clients through appropriate sales initiatives.
  • Regularly update and utilize CRM tools and systems to manage business development activities.
  • Provide data to sales management to develop sales forecasts by analyzing economic and market trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Science, or similar fields.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in a business development position related to commercial real estate due diligence.
  • Strong existing relationships in the commercial real estate finance industry.

Benefits
