About the position
The Account Executive (AE) at East Coast Facilities, Inc. is primarily responsible for new business development and managing client portfolios in assigned geographic markets. The AE ensures customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and managing contract renewals, while collaborating closely with the operations team for service delivery. This role involves active marketing, sales presentations, and maintaining strong client relationships, all aimed at driving business growth and enhancing customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and service portfolios of clients in assigned geographic markets.
- Provide general account management including sales presentations and customer service.
- Manage renewals of service agreements for assigned client portfolio.
- Actively market and perform cold calls to generate interest in service lines.
- Develop a comprehensive sales plan and establish sales goals for clients.
- Promote the brand on social media platforms and participate in local trade shows.
- Create estimates for projects in collaboration with the Operations Manager or Project Manager.
- Manage customer satisfaction and serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager on sales forecasting and budgets.
- Report quality control issues to the Director of Operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and account management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in developing sales plans and achieving sales goals.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems for tracking sales activities.
