About the position

As an Account Executive at Tech Desk, you will play a crucial role in helping restaurants enhance their operational efficiency through effective technology solutions. This outbound sales position involves daily prospecting, providing consultative tech options, and signing up restaurants for Tech Desk services. You will work closely with restaurant owners and decision-makers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that allow them to focus on their business rather than their technology.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect daily to identify potential restaurant clients.
  • Conduct discovery and demo meetings to present Tech Desk solutions.
  • Follow a defined sales process from beginning to end.
  • Work cross-functionally with all teams to ensure successful onboarding of clients.
  • Drive to restaurants in your territory to meet with clients and prospects.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in an outbound sales role or 1 year in the hospitality industry or related field.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills to demonstrate Tech Desk solutions.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems.
  • Reliable transportation for daily travel to client locations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of CRM and technology applications.
  • Experience working for or with restaurant technology vendors.
