About the position

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to join REACH by RentCafe, a leading digital marketing agency owned by Yardi. This role focuses on marketing and selling our Internet Listing Services (ILS) solutions, driving business growth through consultative partnerships with clients in the multifamily industry. The Account Executive will position REACH as a premier provider of digital marketing solutions, emphasizing ILS offerings.

Responsibilities

• Present REACH by RentCafe's digital marketing solutions to Yardi clients in a consultative manner.
• Act as a marketing expert, providing valuable assistance and guidance to clients.
• Cultivate and manage a strong sales pipeline at property, regional, and corporate levels.
• Analyze client websites and industry data to understand the renter's journey and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with prospects from regional operations to C-suite, guiding them from discovery to close.
• Contribute creatively to the development and execution of outbound call and email campaigns.

Requirements

• Prior experience selling digital marketing services (SEO/PPC) or equivalent.
• Experience as a marketing manager with digital marketing expertise.
• Solid knowledge of sales principles including lead generation, opportunity qualification, proposal development, and account management.
• High comfort level interfacing with C-level decision makers.
• Ability to execute sales strategies using a consultative approach and relationship building techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
