About the position

As an Account Executive at The Law Offices of Heather S. Karmeris, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by managing a pipeline of active and prospective clients. This position involves executing business-to-client (B2C) legal intake and following a structured client intake schedule. Your primary goal will be to convert potential clients into satisfied clients through effective communication and a deep understanding of the firm's mission and sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Convert hot and warm leads to clients through phone calls and various communication channels.
• Engage in consultative sales discussions to understand the legal needs of prospective clients.
• Demonstrate how the firm's solutions can effectively address client requirements.
• Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities in a CRM system, ensuring prompt follow-up.
• Work closely with a team to provide products and services and confirm client satisfaction.
• Record keeping of sales pipeline, contact logs, and client information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Hospitality or related field is a plus but not required.
• Experience in B2C sales in a professional setting such as legal, accounting, medical device, skincare, or beauty industry.
• Understanding of Google Suite Products and CRM systems (like Salesforce).
• Attention to deadlines, details, goals, and managing multiple clients.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience as a Legal Assistant, Court Reporter, Professional Teacher, or in Social Media Marketing, PR, Disney, Sephora, Bank, or Hospitality.
• Knowledge of the legal or accounting industry.
