About the position

The Account Executive at Roboflow is responsible for driving sales and managing the sales process from lead qualification to closing deals. This role involves collaborating with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to identify and qualify leads, building relationships with prospects, and working closely with technical stakeholders to demonstrate the value of Roboflow's computer vision solutions. The position requires a proactive approach to sales, with a focus on improving processes and achieving ambitious sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Own deals from start to finish, collaborating with SDRs to qualify inbound leads and strategically prospect into target accounts.
  • Manage multiple deals concurrently, navigating organizational structures to alleviate prospects' pain points.
  • Identify and qualify leads to develop them into high-value opportunities.
  • Build relationships with prospects and customers, including executives, to understand their needs and simplify closing deals.
  • Close deals efficiently to increase annual contract value (ACV) and compress sales cycles.
  • Prospect into new accounts and expand existing ones.
  • Maintain up-to-date information in the CRM regarding customer info, deal size, and deal status to forecast and improve the sales process.
  • Work with technical stakeholders to identify opportunities for accelerating the adoption of computer vision in their business with Roboflow.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to identify new features and messaging to enhance the value of Roboflow.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of closing experience in SaaS sales cycles at a previous startup.
  • A track record of success in consistently building pipeline and hitting sales targets.
  • Experience in developer tools, cloud infrastructure, machine learning, and/or business intelligence tooling is preferred.
  • Excellent presentation, listening, organizational, and contact management skills.
  • A solution-based approach to selling and the ability to manage a sales process effectively.
  • Curiosity and a desire to learn as the product and sales process evolves.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with machine learning and computer vision technologies.
  • Familiarity with open source projects and contributions.
