About the position

The Account Executive at Artistree Home is primarily responsible for increasing company revenue by identifying and acquiring new clients. This role involves developing, planning, and implementing sales strategies under the guidance of the Chief Marketing Officer, while also reporting progress at weekly staff meetings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the architecture, construction, or modular/prefabricated buildings industries, enabling them to effectively meet client needs and expectations. Collaboration with various teams, including Marketing, Design, Construction, and Accounting, is essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and target potential clients and markets.
  • Develop strategies to approach and engage new customers.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and support.
  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams.
  • Share insights and feedback from clients to inform product improvements.
  • Sales Reporting and Analytics: Track sales performance and generate reports for management.
  • Analyze data to forecast sales trends and set targets.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company.
  • Leverage professional networks to generate leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record in sales or equivalent position with high value sales ($500k and up).
  • Strong communication abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience at small to mid-size organizations is a plus.
