About the position

As an Account Executive at HR-Rethought, you will play a crucial role in transforming the healthcare experience by building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics. Your primary focus will be on driving sales, retaining customers, and ensuring that our healthcare solutions effectively meet the needs of our clients. Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, physician practices, and other healthcare facilities.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the healthcare industry.
  • Lead contract discussions, pricing negotiations, and close deals with healthcare providers.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and market dynamics to ensure you're always adding value to your clients.
  • Work closely with the customer service, product development, and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and a smooth delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress towards goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in healthcare or a service-based industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • Familiarity with healthcare services, regulations, and trends is a plus.
