About the position

The Account Executive for Adoration Home Health and Hospice is responsible for driving growth and building relationships with healthcare providers in the Reidsville, NC area. This role focuses on expanding the company's reach, ensuring quality patient care, and exceeding sales goals in a dynamic environment. The Account Executive will develop and manage a network of providers and clinics, educate referral sources about services, and collaborate with agency leadership to align strategies with company expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an assigned network of providers, facilities, and community-based clinics.
• Create and execute a market strategy to exceed quotas for episodic payer admissions for home health services.
• Stay current with home health trends and regulatory requirements.
• Build long-term relationships to support customer satisfaction and company growth.
• Increase market share by sustaining and growing key established accounts and identifying new referral sources.
• Educate referral sources about agency services and appropriate documentation for home care admissions.
• Collaborate with agency leadership to engage referral sources effectively.
• Execute strategies to increase market share through key account development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or more than 2 years of sales experience.
• Successful experience in business development or a healthcare-related role.
