Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, acting as a primary point of contact to address their needs and concerns.

• Assist in managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities to expand business relationships.

• Participate in our structured training program to learn about our products, services, and sales techniques.
• Address client inquiries and provide timely solutions, escalating issues when necessary.
