About the position

The Account Executive (AE) at LINET Americas is responsible for driving sales of medical products within a designated market territory. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare facilities, executing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective product installation and training. The AE will work closely with clinical and service teams to enhance the company's market presence and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver strong sales and margin pipeline within the territory to exceed budget.
  • Develop and execute strategies to build share of customer and long-term relationships within the territory.
  • Build LINET brand and image in the marketplace through positive interactions and professionalism.
  • Successfully execute sales and marketing initiatives and contribute to their development.
  • Convert share of customer spending from incumbent suppliers to LINET Americas through prospecting, negotiating, quoting, and closing sales.
  • Commit to excellence and quality with a focus on rapid response to customers.
  • Drive the generation of new sales across products to healthcare providers.
  • Understand product functionality and articulate economic benefits to customers.
  • Define an overall strategy on an annual basis to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
  • Prepare analysis for new sales packages and draw on clinical resources for product explanations.
  • Lead sales specialists and services personnel to drive new sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the installation of new products and provide basic training to customers.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and growth of new sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5 years of capital medical sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • In-depth sales experience with a strong understanding of the solutions selling process.
  • Demonstrated excellence in account development and territory management.
  • Strong performance against budget requirements.
