• Manage and oversee the order process from packing artworks to arranging transportation.
• Handle customs arrangements and collaborate with a network of agents.
• Develop tailored processes for key clients to ensure efficient service.
• Identify solutions to resolve incidents, including restoration or commercial adjustments.
• Create customized pricing setups based on client needs.
• Connect with additional stakeholders at clients' organizations.
• Lead business reviews and gather client feedback.
• Document new processes to share knowledge within the team.
• Become a go-to expert by taking on challenging procedures.
