The Account Manager - Accelerated Sales Program at White Cap is designed for sales professionals looking to quickly advance their careers in outside sales. The program aims to equip participants with the necessary tools to build customer relationships and effectively sell White Cap's products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in classroom, independent study, and on-the-job training to learn White Cap's business model and products.
  • Prepares and executes account plans.
  • Sells White Cap value proposition and products.
  • Learns effective jobsite or office sales calls by riding along with District Sales Managers or experienced Account Managers.
  • Enters and processes customer orders.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field or one to two years of sales or related field experience.
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with team members.
  • Requires strong self-governance, a proactive approach, personal accountability, and independence.
  • Competitive nature with a drive to succeed.
  • Goal-oriented with personal accountability to deliver on metrics.
  • Open to feedback and willing to take action to improve performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organize daily activities.
  • Spanish language proficiency.
