About the position

The Account Manager at CallCore Media will serve as the primary contact for assigned advertiser and publisher accounts, responsible for managing and optimizing these relationships to ensure mutual success. This role involves strategic growth initiatives, campaign management, and data analysis to enhance performance and drive revenue growth. The Account Manager will work closely with internal teams and partners to address challenges and unlock new opportunities, ensuring that both CallCore and its partners achieve their business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of assigned advertiser and publisher relationships, ensuring success and growth of each account.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth and align partner goals with CallCore's services.
  • Manage the execution of campaigns from setup to reporting, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and campaign results.
  • Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to provide detailed reports to partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support partners and streamline processes.
  • Establish regular meetings with partners to review performance and discuss future opportunities.
  • Act as the point of escalation for issues, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, business development, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-revenue accounts effectively.
  • Experience in campaign management and data analysis with a strong understanding of key performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and campaign reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work autonomously while coordinating with internal teams.

  • Previous experience managing advertiser or publisher accounts in digital marketing or advertising technology.
