About the position

The Account Manager Associate at NMB Technologies Corporation is responsible for establishing and managing new business accounts while maintaining existing relationships with strategic accounts. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers and various business units, focusing on automotive products. The associate will develop sales pricing strategies, assist in account negotiations, and ensure alignment with customer requirements and company objectives.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop, maintain, and manage relationships with customers.
• Identify business opportunities and customer needs to enhance relationships.
• Assist in account strategy and negotiations.
• Work with product teams to achieve targeted profit margins.
• Maintain quotation database systems and collaborate with accounting, purchasing, and engineering teams.
• Review customer drawings and analyze specifications to develop sales quotations.
• Perform data entry, prepare presentations, and track schedules.
• Forecast customer usage and prepare business plans.
• Communicate timely with customers and report on account activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Business, Mathematics, or Engineering Technology & Management.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in Automotive/OEM sales or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
