Responsibilities

  • Developing long-term relationships with clients
  • Serving as the liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams
  • Ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs
  • Developing, managing, and maintaining client accounts

Requirements

  • Proven account management or other relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Business to Business phone sales experience (Preferred)
  • Inside Sales experience (Required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Nice-to-haves

  • Trade show experience
  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Associate or Bachelor Degree (Preferred)
  • Phone sales experience is a MUST!
