About the position

The Client Service Partner 1 is responsible for formulating and executing service strategies aimed at increasing user engagement and usage targets for assigned accounts. This role serves as the primary contact for users within existing client accounts, focusing on relationship building, account health monitoring, and maximizing the utilization of Bloomberg Industry Group products.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for users within existing client accounts.
  • Establish long-term relationships with customers and identify up-sell opportunities.
  • Proactively monitor account health and craft engagement strategies.
  • Train and support assigned accounts to maximize utilization of Bloomberg Industry Group products.
  • Help clients set up alerts, dashboards, and other tools.
  • Collaborate closely with Relationship Partners to define account-specific strategies and identify additional sales and growth opportunities.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of assigned market (e.g. law firms, tax & accounting, corporations) preferred.
  • Proven ability to prioritize accounts and manage multiple projects and activities to meet business objectives and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory.
  • Bachelor's degree with coursework in business, marketing, sales, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of successful sales or account management experience in a business environment comparable to Bloomberg Industry Group.
  • Prior Account Management experience is preferred.
