About the position

The Client Relations/Account Manager at FASTSIGNS of Springfield is responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering long-term loyalty. This full-time role serves as the primary point of contact for key client inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional service to meet client needs. The position involves regular communication with clients, managing accounts, and identifying opportunities for additional sales.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships using CRM tools like Hubspot.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to gather feedback and assess satisfaction.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, coordinating with internal teams to provide effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell products/services to existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver client reports and progress updates.
  • Assist clients with on-site consultations and deliveries as value-added services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, customer service, or a related field (minimum 1 year).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other electronic business tools.
