Requirements

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
  • 3+ years of Health plan, Pharmacy or PBM experience, including client management
  • 3+ years of experience with issue resolution
  • 2+ years of experience with an understanding of Rx claim and/or pharmacy claim processing
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and/or evaluation of business processes
  • Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
