About the position

The Account Manager of Client Services at BrightSpring Health Services plays a crucial role in maintaining strategic relationships with pharmacy clients. This position focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and retaining clients within the pharmaceutical services sector. The role involves significant travel and requires a proactive approach to account management, engaging with various levels of client leadership to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Deploys advanced, consultative, and strategic approach to account management, implementing corporate initiatives.
  • Engages with C-Suite and facility leadership for Quarterly Business Reviews and Pharmacy Optimization Services.
  • Owns client issue escalation and resolution process, ensuring timely responses and setting proper expectations for clients.
  • Manages client base through CRM software, tracking activities, tasks, and documenting up-selling of products.
  • Prepares and participates in Book of Business Reviews with Management on a quarterly or semi-annual basis.
  • Collaborates with the sales team to serve accounts effectively.
  • Prepares quarterly business review materials and facilitates client engagement calls.
  • Conducts routine client-facing telephonic training and oversees implementation of new facilities.
  • Works with other disciplines to achieve corporate billing and receivables standards.
  • Establishes productive relationships with key personnel in partner accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field is required; MBA is desired.
  • Previous experience in client management, customer service, or client support role is desired; experience in healthcare or B2B setting is preferred.
  • Ability to present to all levels of management and excellent time-management skills are required.
  • Basic computer skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and experience in root cause analysis are required.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work within a team is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • SalesForce and Axiom experience.
  • Previous experience in project management and client-facing customer service role.
  • Strong background in administrative management with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong experience in business writing.
