About the position

The Account Manager, Client Success (Pharma) at GoodRx is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with Pharmaceutical and Agency clients. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and delivering successful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and the pharmaceutical industry, along with a proven ability to maintain long-term client relationships while achieving business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships with Pharmaceutical manufacturer customers, providing excellent customer service.
  • Analyze and deliver monthly program metrics to reinforce program ROI and provide insights for clients.
  • Partner with Sales to support new business development and organic growth of accounts, including upselling and optimizing where applicable.
  • Collaborate with internal experts to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
  • Manage the implementation process, ensuring timely delivery of stakeholder requirements.
  • Work with clients and agency partners to manage the Regulatory review submission process.
  • Create visual examples of programs using the enterprise CMS tool.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and regulatory requirements in the Pharma space.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Pharmaceutical client and account management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent relationship management abilities.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory review (MLR/PRC).
  • Ability to apply analytics and data to a value proposition.
  • Willingness to think critically and solve problems creatively.
  • Deep curiosity and interest in healthcare technologies.
  • Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce and project management platforms like JIRA or Asana.
