The Project Manager for Cleaning Services at JLG is responsible for overseeing the management of customer relationships, estimating costs, and delivering proposals. This role requires a high level of autonomy in decision-making and involves conducting pre-proposal walkthroughs of potential customer sites, building scopes of work, and clarifying customer questions. The Project Manager will work closely with internal project managers and business unit leaders to maximize the potential of JLG's multitrade services. Additionally, the role includes managing customer relationships for contract renewals, conducting customer reviews, addressing concerns, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will also engage with customers on-site to provide an exceptional experience and will be responsible for scheduling accounts and creating work orders.
