About the position

The Account Manager for Commercial Landscaping and Exterior Facility Services is responsible for expanding the company's services within the commercial real estate sector. This role involves actively selling to targeted companies, leveraging existing relationships, and developing new business opportunities to achieve significant sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on expanding services within Maryland, Southeast Pennsylvania, and Delaware markets.
• Actively target and engage with commercial real estate companies, promoting landscaping, exterior facility management, and snow removal services.
• Build a new business development pipeline by leveraging existing business relationships and identifying new market opportunities.
• Manage and support current business operations in the region, maintaining a strong presence with existing accounts.
• Meet or exceed annual sales targets through effective relationship-building, customer engagement, and closing strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience targeting the commercial real estate sector.
• Proven hands-on experience with commercial landscaping and snow removal services.
• Demonstrated success in developing new business and closing significant sales in a competitive environment.
• Valid driver's license required.
