Responsibilities

  • Support underwriting in the sales acquisition process through account coordination and essential services.
  • Handle high volumes of transactions while balancing quality and timeliness.
  • Communicate with customers to obtain necessary underwriting information and resolve problems.
  • Organize work based on priorities and maintain an effective follow-up system.
  • Build effective relationships with agents and customers, acting as the single point of contact for service-related issues.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in the Commercial Market Insurance industry as an Account Manager or similar role.
  • Knowledge of primary insurance coverages, particularly in Property, with Large Property experience being a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including V-Lookups and filtering/sorting.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
