As an Account Manager at Navan, your primary mission will be to drive revenue by ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing the value they derive from the Navan platform. This role requires you to build deep, trusting relationships with your clients, acting as their trusted advisor. You will partner with them to ensure successful onboarding, optimized engagement with our platform, and effective management of their entire Travel and Expense (T&E) program through Navan. Additionally, you will be responsible for renewing accounts and cross-selling adjacent products from our portfolio. This position is highly visible and cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with various teams including Sales, Product, Finance, Support, and Operations, all the way up to the C-Suite. Your efforts will be crucial in delighting our clients, exceeding goals, and driving a significant portion of revenue for Navan. In this role, you will manage all post-sales activities for Commercial customers through strong relationship-building, product knowledge, planning, and execution. Your responsibilities will include driving usage of the Navan platform, meeting or exceeding revenue goals, identifying opportunities for account expansion, and collaborating cross-functionally to meet client needs. You will also need to deeply understand Navan's product offerings and competitive positioning, travel to customer sites as necessary, and ensure successful onboarding of new clients while managing renewals and upsells/cross-sells of adjacent products.
