The Account Manager, Contracting position at VillageCare is an essential role supporting the Sr. Director of Network Contracting. This position requires a dynamic individual who will facilitate the creation and maintenance of contracts, manage templates, and oversee amendments to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. You will be tasked with submitting contracts to the Third-Party Administrator (TPA) for rate updates, performing quality assurance in FACETS, and actively supporting various Network Management projects. Your expertise in contracting and strong organizational skills will be invaluable as you collaborate closely with the Credentialing Team, Provider Relations, and legal departments, ensuring seamless execution of agreements. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation in LinkSquares/Salesforce, overseeing contract terminations, and supporting initiatives like Minimum Wage and Wage Parity. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a health-related field
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Solid understanding of healthcare contracting
  • Ability to redline contracts and facilitate amendments
  • Experience in analyzing and utilizing data to drive network development initiatives
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the regulatory framework governing network adequacy for Medicare and Medicaid health plans
  • Strong organizational skills
