About the position

The Mid-Market Account Management team at Meta is dedicated to assisting small and medium-sized businesses in optimizing their advertising strategies across Meta's platforms. Account Managers play a crucial role in building client relationships and driving business results through marketing consultation, sales, education, and support. This position requires a blend of consultative sales skills and a hands-on approach to executing marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on client service and collaboration within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize book of business based on understanding of client needs
  • Demonstrate a commitment to consultative sales in service of client goals
  • Become an expert in Meta's solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs
  • Provide dedicated account management to strategic advertising clients and agencies
  • Develop and implement programs to improve the client/agency experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Work cross-functionally within sales and other Meta organizations to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction
  • Work on initiatives with limited and defined scope and execute independently
  • Build proficiency and working knowledge of Meta measurement solutions and understand the value of our Meta Identity
  • Exhibit curiosity, actively self-teaching and seeking input from others

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, brand/performance marketing, digital marketing, sales, or consulting
  • Proven communication and presentation skills
  • Experience growing revenue and client relationships
  • Experience developing, leading, and implementing scaled sales programs that align to org business and product objectives
  • BA/BS degree

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in marketing Consumer Packaged Good brands or selling to Growth/Performance Marketers
  • Experience working with a portfolio or carrying a yearly revenue quota
  • Experience influencing C-level executives to build effective and impactful relationships
  • Interest for building great client relationships
  • Experience prioritizing and managing tasks within a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
  • Have a fundamental understanding of vertical(s)/market(s) industry and client's business model

Benefits
