About the position

As an Account Manager at BizIQ, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our marketing services clients. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively addressing their needs, resolving issues, and fostering long-term relationships. You will provide strategic guidance, optimize campaign performance, and drive customer retention and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and manage their accounts, handling updates, changes, or inquiries.
  • Monitor and analyze clients' digital marketing performance, providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Coordinate projects with internal teams to ensure efficient execution of client projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and understanding of their needs.
  • Communicate regularly with clients through various channels, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Address and resolve client issues or complaints, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
  • Proactively work to retain clients by ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in an account manager or client-facing role, preferably in digital marketing.
  • 1+ years experience with Google Suite and CRM tools such as Zoho, Monday, or HubSpot.
  • 1+ year experience in a metrics-driven organization focused on upselling and client retention.
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing and local SEO practices, preferably with proficiency in Google Analytics & Google Adwords.
  • Exceptional project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented.

Nice-to-haves

  • Google Analytics/AdWords Certification is a big plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
