About the position

The Account Manager will be responsible for implementing, leading, and growing client engagement activities with top strategic accounts. This role involves close collaboration with team members from shared services to identify, drive, and implement solutions for clients, ensuring successful execution of deliverables and maintaining strong client partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Executive level engagement of key stakeholders to improve marketing results
  • Leading strategic client meetings and quarterly business reviews
  • Interpreting and leading client discussions on results and trends
  • Driving business by ensuring key program goals are met
  • Taking responsibility for strategy and timely program execution
  • Establishing and maintaining account profitability, managing internal financial data and forecasts
  • Understanding and managing account development and growth opportunities
  • Leading and mentoring a team for successful career growth

Requirements

  • Direct experience or strong ancillary knowledge of database marketing
  • 5+ years of client services/account management experience
  • 5+ years of direct marketing experience
  • Analytically minded with comfort in data, response metrics, and trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze problems and produce viable solutions
  • Bachelor's degree required; technology and math backgrounds are a plus
  • Experience with test planning and use cases
  • Ability to lead and coordinate people and activities throughout a full solution lifecycle
