About the position

Flap Happy is seeking an experienced in-house Amazon & E-Commerce Account Manager to manage and optimize their online sales platforms, including Shopify, Amazon, and Faire. The role involves creating and updating product listings, managing inventory, and handling customer service inquiries, all while ensuring optimal performance and sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Shopify, Amazon, and Faire sites as well as various drop-ship e-commerce platforms.
• Create, upload, and update product listings with accurate and compelling descriptions.
• Identify keywords and improve SEO for optimal performance.
• Manage inventory and shipments of Amazon FBA & FBM products.
• Handle E-Commerce customer service inquiries and product returns.
• Monitor and analyze Amazon ASIN performance, rankings, ratings, and customer reviews, making recommendations to enhance rankings and performance.

Requirements

• Experienced and proficient with Amazon Seller and/or Amazon Vendor platforms.
• Experienced and proficient with Shopify, including setting up/updating and order processing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Experience with Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent writing and grammar skills.
