About the role The Account Manager for Emerging Beverage Brands will play a key role in expanding our presence on the West Coast by building strong relationships with new and emerging beverage brands. This position involves actively prospecting new clients, presenting innovative solutions, and guiding customers through the product development journey—from ideation to commercialization.

Key responsibilities
Prospect and Develop New Business: Identify and engage with emerging beverage brands that align with our expertise in taste, nutrition, and functionality.
Sales Presentations: Showcase our innovative solutions to potential clients, demonstrating how we can help them ideate, develop, and launch successful new products.
Customer Collaboration: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the product development process, leveraging our expertise in formulation and functional ingredients.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline of qualified leads, documenting all interactions in Salesforce, and ensuring timely follow-up.
Market Research: Stay informed on emerging trends in the beverage industry and identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company in the West Coast region.
Qualifications and skills
Proven sales experience, preferably within the food and beverage industry, with a focus on new and emerging brands.
Strong understanding of the beverage industry, including market trends and key players.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and solutions to potential clients.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Experience in product ideation and development is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science or a related field preferred.
Compensation Data The typical hiring range for this role is $89.175 to $134.984 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
