About the position

The Account Manager for Field Operations at AAA Northeast is responsible for representing the interests of AAA within the road service contractor network. This role focuses on developing and maintaining strong relationships with contractors, ensuring adherence to AAA program standards, and driving the adoption of AAA services. The position requires extensive travel within an assigned territory and involves regular contractor visits to monitor performance and provide consulting services.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships between the road service contractor network and AAA.
• Conduct regular in-person contractor visits to communicate AAA program standards and monitor KPIs.
• Develop action plans to ensure compliance with AAA standards and facility requirements.
• Analyze territory performance and resource requirements to meet service levels.
• Manage the recruitment, screening, selection, and onboarding of new contractors.
• Provide consulting services to contractors regarding operational efficiency and financial performance.
• Support the deployment of Road Service systems and technology.
• Prepare materials and coordinate contractor group meetings and events.
• Research and share industry best practices and technologies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business concentration preferred or 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience in the automotive industry, logistics, or franchise business management.
