About the position

Artemest is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join its new Miami office, focusing on driving revenue growth and building brand awareness within the architectural and interior design community across Florida. This role involves managing key accounts, developing strong client relationships, and exploring opportunities in the residential, hospitality, and retail sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue in Florida, focusing on residential, hospitality, and luxury retail sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with developers and interior designers involved in high-end projects.
  • Build and foster relationships with A&D firms and luxury clients to maximize brand exposure and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless project management and order fulfillment.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients in Florida, building and maintaining strong relationships with A&D firms and key stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs, offering tailored solutions and product recommendations from Artemest's curated collections.
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding new collections, promotions, and project updates, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate custom and bespoke product requests, working closely with the trade project team in Milan to ensure timely and flawless execution.
  • Manage post-sale processes, resolving any issues and aligning with the HQ team to ensure smooth project completion.
  • Maintain CRM systems with updated leads, project information, and client interactions.
  • Attend key industry events in Florida to elevate Artemest's visibility and network within the local design community.
  • Conduct tutorials and presentations on Artemest's product offerings, customization options, and trade benefits for design professionals.
  • Support the Vice President of Artemest US in developing and executing trade event strategies in Florida.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience within the design, luxury goods, or online marketplace industries.
  • Proven track record in business development and driving sales growth, particularly in residential, hospitality, or retail markets.
  • Strong relationships with top A&D firms in Florida and a deep understanding of the local interior design industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first approach.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for luxury craftsmanship and design.
  • Spanish knowledge will be considered a plus.
