About the position

Applied Innovation is seeking an Account Manager for the Fort Wayne, Indiana market. This role is focused on driving sales and expanding the company's market share by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B outside sales, particularly in the imaging industry, and will be responsible for achieving sales targets and promoting the company's technology offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve all sales goals and targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Facilitate appointments through phone, email, social media, and onsite prospecting activities.
  • Grow market share by adding prospective new clients and consistently closing business.
  • Create a strong knowledge base of document imaging products and services.
  • Maintain and cultivate the company culture within Applied Innovation and client organizations.

Requirements

  • High capacity, self-managed individual.
  • Strong presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Passion for learning about and using technology.
  • Highly motivated and positive attitude.
  • 4-year business or communications degree preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License.
