About the position

The Account Manager for Franchise/Hospitality at HUB International plays a crucial role in managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team in expanding business opportunities. This position involves overseeing the entire account-service process, including marketing to carriers, preparing quotes, and ensuring accurate processing of various account-related documents. The Account Manager is expected to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the entire account-service process.
  • Markets to carriers and prepares quotes/proposals.
  • Processes certificates, endorsements, MVRs, loss runs, binding, billing, audits, etc., for accuracy.
  • Coordinates premium financing and the collection of premiums as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in an insurance Account Management role in required lines.
  • Brokerage experience is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Superior customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and automated agency management systems.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • High level attention to detail is essential.
  • Currently licensed in good standing in required lines and states.
  • Current with all necessary CE credits in required lines and states.
