About the position

The Account Manager Fulfillment role at Opportunities, Inc. involves managing customer relations within the Ecommerce fulfillment sector. This position focuses on order monitoring, inventory validation, and ensuring high service levels through effective communication with customers and fulfillment partners. The role requires navigating various systems related to fulfillment operations and maintaining a positive image of the company in the business community.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the liaison between the agency's fulfillment customers and fulfillment/production work floor.
  • Manage project pricing, quality, and scheduling of incoming and outgoing customer product flow.
  • Utilize agency OI Cares philosophy and 'Keys to Service Success' in all business communications.
  • Extend a positive image of Opportunities, Inc. and its fulfillment capabilities within the business community.
  • Research, analyze, investigate, resolve, and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Resolve Business Central routine issues including scanning order issues and postal file error importing.
  • Respond to inquiries timely and ensure responses are complete and focused on achieving high levels of first-contact resolution.
  • Complete online tasks on behalf of customers such as Shipstation reporting and processing customer orders.
  • Produce and send timely shipping and receipt documents to customers.
  • Work independently and manage position responsibilities and special assignments.
  • Collaborate with the inventory department on conducting physical counts and ensuring inventory accuracy.
  • Verify clerical/computer computations against physical stock counts and report discrepancies.
  • Support ecommerce and maintain effective communication between customers and production personnel.
  • Process product orders and provide prompt responses to customer requests.
  • Analyze and act on customer inquiries regarding fulfillment services.
  • Coordinate information relative to several different customers simultaneously.
  • Communicate between shipping and customers regarding shipping rates and order fulfillment.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to the growth of fulfillment operations.
  • Serve as a back-up to all areas of the fulfillment operations as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven exceptional customer service experience.
  • Previous experience with Shipstation or other Ecommerce platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of mailing software programs and order fulfillment processes.
  • Proficient with Business Central, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
  • Accurate data entry skills.
  • Ability to function independently in a work setting.
  • Self-starter with quick learning abilities.
  • Proficient and timely communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
