About the position

The Account Manager - Hospitality Technology position at Source1 involves managing new and existing client accounts within the hospitality sector. The role focuses on enhancing client relationships, driving additional revenue through new programs, and ensuring exemplary support as the primary contact for clients. This hybrid position allows for remote work on Fridays and requires strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to client management.

Responsibilities

• Manage new and current accounts to drive additional revenue.
• Conduct a minimum of 50 daily client outreach activities including calls, emails, and campaigns.
• Establish and deepen client relationships by understanding their business objectives.
• Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with clients to discuss updates and opportunities.
• Serve as the client's voice within Source1, ensuring their needs are met.
• Organize and conduct onboarding of new clients.
• Work with the VP of Client Relations to build and maintain client relationships.
• Log all activities and client data in CRM systems and databases.
• Market new programs and services to clients and provide updates on project progress.
• Facilitate customer portals and be available for client visits.

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of sales calling experience.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license with the ability to rent a car.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
