Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships in the assigned territory.
  • Sell preventative maintenance contracts and provide recommendations for service and repair work.
  • Partner with Independent Manufacturers Representatives and internal teams to meet sales goals.
  • Prepare and present technical sales proposals, including cost estimates and pricing quotations.
  • Conduct tests and surveys to identify product needs and opportunities for development.
  • Analyze products and selling techniques to optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Develop a pipeline of future sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 5+ years of business-to-business sales experience.
  • Experience creating sales proposals, quotes, and reviewing contracts.
  • Valid driver's license.

Nice-to-haves

  • HVAC industry experience is a plus.
