About the position

All State Communications, Inc. is a State Contract cabling vendor; and we offer a full range of low voltage systems and cabling services. Our experienced and friendly professionals provide the latest technologies for businesses as well as residential customers. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling targeted All State products and services such as Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control/Card Access, Video Surveillance, Security Systems, etc., to targeted markets along with maintaining and growing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a key role within our organization, requiring excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to effectively manage client accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
  • Provide technical sales support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
  • Monitor client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of products or services
  • Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise with clients

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or sales role, with services such as Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control/Card Access, Video Surveillance, Security Systems, etc.
  • Strong B2B sales experience of fire alarm and security solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Driver's license with a driving record that is compliant with our driver's policy
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
